Hi I've booked a package through Thomas Cook 1 week stay at universal and then 1 week cruise with rcl when we disembark from the ship in the morning our flights arnt until 7.30 in evening what do we do all day at the airport any suggestions we also have a 13 month old baby with us so it's going to be a very long day tia

RCL do excursions to Kennedy Space Centre for those on late flights. If you don’t fancy that then you could do a park or shopping but I don’t know what you’d do with luggage . We usually arrive at the airport around 11 for a 4pm flight and just wander round the shops and have a meal somewhere but it is a fairly long wait.

Was thinking about doing one of the parks but like you say what would I do with our luggage just wish our flight was earlier

I've booked a day room at the airport (Hyatt at MCO) as that way I can go swimming and rest before the flight

This would be a good option Can I ask who you booked with please I've been on their website I can't see a option for checking in and out for the same day.

Just call or email them for day rooms. Normally around $100 mark (plus tax). The rooftop pool is nearly always busy, but as long as you're not picky about where your chair/lounger is, one should pop up for you.

Thanks not really bothered about using the pool just so long as we have some where to relax and get the baby down for his nap
