Well done, my E Mail came in 20 mins ago.

I checked the SD card in my dashcam yesterday to check they looked after my car for 3 weeks.
No issues at all except for the drivers god awful singing

They had mine for 3 weeks last month, checked dashcam no problems apart from the driver trying to sing with the radio which got a bit drowned out with the "Your Not Wearing Your Seatbelt" alarm...

Have those of you who've used this company before had to wait for the car to be returned or are they prompt? We have 2 kids and have heard horror stories of long waits with some companies.

I have used them for maybe 8 or 10 years now. So thats circa 30 times they have had my car.

It normally takes about 15 mins for the car to arrive back. I ring them as soon as I have cleared the customs hall and am starting to push the luggage trolley to the meeting area.

Only once have they been late and that was an hour! It was the fault of a brand new employee who got lost. When I complained they gave me 50% off my next booking which was a great deal.

We used them last month, and as Mr T has done, we rang them from the luggage hall, and when we walked out of the lift, there was the car all ready and waiting. Done a quick check around, all ok (checked dashcam later) luggage in, and straight out to the motorway, three and half hours after landing..home in Bristol, happy days, and will be using them again..
