Primark - return without receipt

they used to but since they changed their policy my local store is really strict on sticking to it.
You have to be really careful too as even the same product has different barcodes for each size and they won't even do an exchange even though it clearly states is the same item if you have the wrong receipt.

One thing I would say is they are currently doing exchanges till jan for the xmas period so they may possibly allow you to swap it as you have a receipt

My DD recently wanted to exchange some Boots at Primark without the receipt.

It was within the 28 days, she took her card to show the transaction on her on-line banking app. She also had to confirm the store, date and time of transaction and all the items that were purchased. They were able to trace the transaction and gave her a full refund.
