I watch this with interest. Your screenshot at first made me think all that this is proof of is that you have done a search and took a screenshot of it, but then you say it shows the price that you have paid. Which seems like pretty good evidence to me.
Im very surprised at the attitude you have received. our wishes are with you and we hope you get what you where led to beleiev what you where paying for. Im sure youve considered it already, but is cancelling it (dont know if theres a fee) and re-booking it an option as there being ≈≈≈≈≈ about it, or have the prices suprisingly (not) rocketed since then? I would take a different approach - call up the booking line and say to them you have noticed that you can currently see lakeside rooms on your dates for the same price as you have paid for a standard room and ask if they can kindly switch your booking to the lakeside room.
Frustrating I know, but it may well get you what you want. |

Have just caught up with this thread.i have received an email which says there is nothing they can do and there is no fault on there part which is the bit that really annoys me
i can actually see what the problem is and it’s actually their room titles that are wrong ! The ‘superior room -lake side’ is actually just the superior room and their ‘superior room with terrace ‘ is the superior lakeside room I sent them screenshots of the sequence needed to book and pointed out the website error in the way the rooms are titled (not my job!) I really have a bee in my bonnet about this one! I just want acknowledgment of their mistake and a little apology for fobbing me off! So the one highlighted is what I selected but actually the price for a lakeside room is the selection below ‘superior room with terrace ‘ |

Good luck. I complained when .y disabelled mother was physically dragged off a ride as she didnt get off as we were waiting for them to stop the car. (As they did when she got in) They didnt care and said it was acceptable.
