Club Level HRH and Second Room

Hi Guys,

Hope you are all keeping safe and well!

Quick question re:- the above. We are a family of 5 and usually stay in the club level at HRH cos its brilliant! It occurred to be today that, as our eldest is 18 this year, we could book a separate, regular room for the kids. If we did this, could they still come up to the 7th floor (with one of our room keys to operate the lift) and use the lounge with us or is that a bit sneaky!

I think you know the answer to this as you've already described it as sneaky.

Why not look at the club suites, probably work out less than paying for 2 rooms.

I would say it's a bit sneeky. I'm pretty sure that you have to have 1 person aged 21 or over in each room because of insurance purposes. I might be wrong there but i'm sure i've read it.

Not allowed, we often travelled as party of 6 and just had to book 2 rooms.
If I were you, I would book the 1 room- are you staying there long?- therefore shortage of space not be that be too much of a problem?

If you booked the 5 of you in the club room, then a regular room for 2 , You could then all use the club room facilities but have separate rooms for sleeping. A room for 5 is normally abit more expensive if extra adults in room, you would need to look into room prices to see if this would work for you.

As above, book a club room for 5 then a regular room.

All have access to club but you have an extra room for sleeping.

Edited to add - I think it’s age 21 for a room.

We were given a huge room with 2 double beds and a pull out settee in club level last year, it was amazing. Really big. Perhaps one of those would work for you?

Not sure this would work as the people in the room of 2, their room keys would not let them access the club lounge. You are only issued keys for the amount of people each room. Therefore only 3 would be able to use club. Literally the only way is to put all 5 in the one room, therefore you would get 5 club room keys.
The regular door card key does not allow access in the lift to the 7th floor (club floor)
