What is your favourite Toastie filling?

OH has just bought himself a deep fill toasted sandwich maker but I have very few ideas for fillings.

I have done banana and chocolate spread; stilton, pear and walnut; bacon, brie and cranberry and the usual cheese and onion.

Now what?

It sounds disgusting but nutella brie and raspberries. We first had it in the lake district and make it occasionally, it hits the spot.
