What time do you typically go to bed ?
Just being nosey really 🤣🤣🤣
Wondering what time you typically go to bed . Obviously this will vary depending one what you have got in on a particular day , but choose the one that you do the most . I am after what time you actually get in bed , not what time you drift off as obviously some will read a book , watch the Tv or do other things 😀 before nodding off

I’m always in bed by 9 in the winter, like to be all cosy watching telly with a nice cuppa!
We are both up early, despite being retired, and I often wake through the night for an hour or two. |

Up to bed at 9pm, I will watch tv or your tube till sometimes 10pm or later. Hubby goes to sleep straight away.

My body clock is constantly confused due to flying, but I try to force it into a routine when I'm home and be in bed between 9-10pm. If it's a landing day (after a US nightflight) then I often can't last that long!

Dh gets up at 5 am everyday so 9pm is usual for us - he goes to sleep almost instantly. It can take me hours - if at all - and then I never sleep through.
