Virgin website issues

Wonder if anyone else is having issues with the Virgin website. Since last night, it keeps asking me to verify my account by sending a verification code.

After I enter the code and select the route, it then asks for another verification code at the payment step. This keeps happening, so the payment isn’t going through.

Seems to be a lot of glitches on the site at present as reported by others, possibly dUE to not only the public but their IT crap system trying to cope with all th latest changes & questions being asked. Sadly just keep trying.

Yes we had the same problems yesterday.

Have had to enter a code to log in for some time now. So frustrating - okay maybe once but every time?!

Am in same boat as you - every piggin time!

I called up uyeserday and spoek to someone, they said all my details had been migrated over (from what, to what? ) and if it continues if I take the password reset option at login, that setting a new password should do it.

Not been brave enough to try it yet.
