Disney SSR balcony

[Floridatilly]

Do all deluxe studios at SSR have a balcony? If not, is there anyway of requesting one beforehand or is it pot luck? We really, really want a balcony, we will be there for 2 weeks so we would be delighted if we got one 😍

Also, do the studios have a bath? My youngest can spend an hour in the bath in the evening playing with toys/ducks 🤩🤩🤩🤩

The ground floor studios have a terrace. Upper floors have a small balcony.
I’ve never stayed in one without a bath so I’m assuming they all do. It is a very shallow bath.

They all have either balconies or a patio. 😊

I’d just put in a request for not 1st floor (as thats what they call the ground floor).

Should be easy enough for them to grant.

We’ve just checked out and was in a deluxe studio on the 2nd floor and had a balcony and a bath, albeit a tiny one lol!

Its a shallow bath but definitely big enough for Mason & his ducks 😍

It was perfect thank you! First stay there and will definetly be back. Very relaxed resort, fan location for Disney springs, the quiet pools are great. We were in the grandstand section and the pool area had a great slash pad bit for kids, hot tub, pool, laundry, and a pool bar with a refil machine. The carriage house & QS/main pool was a 5 min walk.

Totally converted to renting DVC. We’ve moved to All Star Movies now and whilst it’s still lovely, I think I should have booked this first and moved to SSR after lol

Give it a few weeks of being home and you will be crunching the numbers on purchasing a contract 😂

With the amount we’ve spent over the years we probably could have brought into DVC 😂 We won’t be back till 2027 now as going to Canada next year & 2027 is our 20th wedding anniversary but if we decide to do onsite we will definitely be renting DVC again!
