I work away from home a lot, and drive tons every day. I think this will help hugely in stopping me from just eating in the car.
When I’m away it can be difficult with what food to eat, it is easy to eat badly when your eating in a premier inn every night.

Thanks Babbymint for setting group up!
I have struggled with my weight since I had my daughter almost 21 years ago- before that I had been slim but then I was also very active too. My issues had been mainly portion control, snacking and of course the dreaded drink on the weekend. Since starting with the injections, I find I don't drink as much alcohol, some weekends nothing. My snacking has greatly reduced and my portion sizes are also smaller. I decided to go with Voy and I'm pleased so far. I've lost 2 stone so far, Ideally I would like to lose another 2 stone, I'm fairly tall at 5ft 8. Best of luck everyone! |

Travel insurance 🤔
The standard questions ask about conditions but for weight loss, the only one I can find is "obesity" - but that doesn't ask about weight loss meds. Its not on my GP record ( Id not get it anyway at my BMI ) I was looking at changing to a cheaper provider but that wants GP details ... aaaah 😂🤣

I’ve no idea about travel insurance, I’m not away again until next July so I hope to be off the injections by then.
I get mine from MedExpress and I know they’ve informed my GP as she asked about them recently when I was speaking to her about something else. |

Same issue - off for a weekend in December and was getting travel insurance but no where to put this on as a med. I don’t expect to need it, but I’ve already heard that insurance companies will refuse any claim if mj not declared. I think I’m going to have to ring them.

If it's not on the GP record how on earth would anyone know. Id certainly not admit to it if I was taken ill.
