Just a quick update on the progress mades so far, I'm on the 15mg dose after being on the medication for six months and at my last weigh in last week I'm down 29Kgs.

The plan was to get to 30Kgs, but I think that I will continue for a bit more and try and get another 10Kgs off leading to a total of 40Kgs.

Weigh in for me this morning and 3lb off. I’m really happy with this. I’ve been 7 weeks now and lost 21 1/2 in total. Going back to 2.5 has felt good.

Thank you. I’ve got my next pen in the fridge ready. Staying at 2.5 just now.

2.5 for me this week so a total of 25.5 over 9 weeks. It would be lovely to make the 2 stone marker next week but we are away for a few days so no expecting much - although I will be moving up to 7.5 (or I may stay on 5!) just before we go.

Just weighed in at the end of my 4th week and total loss is 18lb. Really happy with how it’s going. I’ve have felt hungry for the first time today since starting so I’m a bit worried that sticking with the 2.5kg for my 2nd pen will be a mistake but hopefully I’ll be ok!

Side effects hit me head on again last night & I felt awful. Fortunately, I've woken up fine today so much short lived that last week.
I don't know whether to drop back down to 2.5mg or try a 4th week as is & see. I can't keep on feeling unwell & being sick when I've work & family commitments.

Just half a pound for me this week so a bit disappointed really. Been well under my calories too 🙄. Thinking about maybe incorporating some exercise? I already do quite a lot of steps already, but my body will be used to that so might try some lane swimming next week although the cold weather is putting me off a bit!

Finished my 2.5 pens and moved up to 5 , total loss for the 2.5 was 17.2lbs . I'll take that hoping for some good losses on the 5 .

I’m having trouble logging into IQ Dr. Have tried resetting my password and it’s saying no account registered. I’ve also tried submitting a query online but that also produces an error.

If I need to use another provider how can I demonstrate my previous dosage ?
