Usually in bed for 10 and asleep pretty much straight away. I’m up at 6am in the week and usually I’m awake by 7am at the weekend.
I usually end up falling asleep on the couch if I try to stay up later than 10, especially on a Friday night as I’m completely wiped out from the week. |

Never really go up to bed till just gone midnight. I go up when my DS and DD start getting ready as I like it nice and quiet .DS is usually got his headphones on talking to his mate while they play on their PS5s and DD is usually video chatting with her boyfriend till about midnight. Ive got used to staying up now . Been watching the Waltons after hubby goes up to bed.

I find hard to stay up after 10 lately, especially on these winter nights. Summer it's more like by 11

Were usually in bed about 9.30pm but actual sleep about 10.30pm
We are both up at 6.30am |
