Booking Universal?

I havent been to Universal for years and was wondering if its better to book directly with Universal or Attraction tickets direct or anyone else? We are thinking of 5 nights, also is it worth having concierge, does it save money?...

Travelrepublic tend to be the cheapest for the hotel. Lots of help in the accommodation forum.

I've booked with travel republic the last few times. It's been the cheapest recently. No problems at all, and helped us switch dates outside the time we were allowed to make changes when we were there in October when the hurricane hit.

Big thumbs up for Travel Republic.

Have recently completed a few nights at RPR and a week at Surfside with them.

Both times rebooked when I saw special deals be announced and they immediately rebooked and moved deposit for me.

Really good prices for what seems like market leading service.

Which hotel are you looking to book? "Loews resort" doesn't tell us which hotel it is. You only get the free Express Passes when staying at either the Royal Pacific Resort, Hard Rock Hotel or Portofino Bay hotels.

Loews also runs the other hotels at Universal but those don't come with free Express Passes.

It's also possible that the website is just a general one that gives you the option to book the Express Passes even though you are staying at a hotel that provides them. Perhaps for days when you are no longer staying at the hotel. If you are staying at one of those 3 hotels I mentioned above and you just want Express Passes whilst you are staying at that hotel then you don't need to buy additional Express Passes - you'll get them anyway. So you can just ignore that option.

Ah, ok. Then, yes, you'll get Express Passes provided as part of your stay. They will last from the start of your check-in day until the end of your check-out day (as well as any days inbetween).

If you are staying 5 nights onsite, I don’t think you need the FOLP. I would save the money and stay at somewhere like Sapphire Falls, which is great! Of course, if money is no issue, then one of the top 3 hotels are v nice too and you get FOLP.
