We cancelled using the live chat. It was pretty quick and we have all had our confirmation of cancellation.

Spoke to Passholder section on 15 August and explained we never received the email with the link on refunds and after a lengthy phone call he willingly initiated a credit for 3 months remaining on a gold AP

I never received the email either but they assured me that the refund was in progress.

How long would you wait before calling again to check them

Like many other International members we didn't receive the original email notification they sent out on 14th July so we called to cancel and receive while on the call an email from Disney Destinations confirming we had cancelled for a partial refund.

Refunds to original form of payment can be expected by mid- to late September so follow the Dibb as I'm sure members will start posting once they receive their refunds.

And if you cancelled but didn't receive a confirmation email then worth phoning just to make sure.

Well I sent them an email and they said they had done it. Then I panicked and called and they said it was definitely in progress and I know I called them on 27th July it shows on my phone bill. But still never received an email about it. Apparently it was cos my pass expired before the reopening date or something.
I have just sent another email asking for an update. I get stressed when I don’t have any proof of anything.

Would have liked originally for them to just honour the tickets the next time we go which is probably sept 21 but that they couldn’t do and it was probably a risk anyway as travel might not even be on by then

Anyone had a cheque? We don’t have the original payment card, I got a cheque last week but nothing for DH as yet.

Yes both myself and DH received cheques around 2-3 weeks ago.
