You can find a voucher for the discount book in the little books you get in Walmart/ restaurants.
You can then take it to the VF shop to get a booklet

Cant remember the shop name but it sold nightwear and underwear! Just showed screen print and they gave booklet this was in November!

The Mall office is between Rack Room shoes and Old Navy, behind the baggage storage place. The other reliable place to get the discount vouchers is at Just Watches at the other end of the Mall next to VF store. You're supposed to take a coupon which you can print out at: lbvfs/wp-content/uploads/...glish-2020.pdf

I've never been refused the vouchers without a coupon though and most of the stores have a limited supply. We like this smaller mall as it isn't normally as crowded and we've found some good bargains in the last two trips.
