Spirit of the swamp - very impressed.

For Christmas we bought a voucher from Spirit of the swamp for an airboat ride for our friends who we were due to be travelling with in August.

I emailed them last week to ask if the end date on the voucher could possibly be extended as it was looking unlikely we'd be travelling this year.

I heard back from them the same day and they offered me a full refund (they said it was cleaner book keeping if they refunded and we rebooked when we could).

Very happy with that, they could easily have just declined or extended the voucher

We've used SOTS a few times now, and always found them helpful with weather related cancellations etc.
