does budget have a loyalty/membership scheme in the uk?

We have just booked a fly drive through BA. The car is coming from Budget. i was looking to sign up for a loyalty scheme that means we can skip the desk as we have done before with Avis and dollar but cant find any such scheme available for people who live in the uk.

When we went Xmas 2018 Fastbreak wasn't available those travelling from the UK. Not sure if that has changed.
