We love Bonefish Grill and usually end up here a couple of times each holiday.we tend to go to the one on the 192. Can’t wait to get back next year. Love the key lime pie.

So that gnocchi Thermidor looks so fit ... did it taste as great as it looks?

Have just binged your report! We're onsite in October for 5 nights with no dining plan so really interesting to see your choice of onsite/offsite food. Fords Garage looked lovely on your last trip, and just as good this time! We have never eaten at a signature at Disney and not sure if the budget allows this time but the YSH looks amazing! I keep looking at Raglan Road, but never quite get round to booking it! Looking forward to more!

No pictures but here’s an interesting comparison - I bought a cooked chicken, two soups, some bread, butter, cheese, crisps, a sprite and a beer to take back to the villa for tea - it was more expensive than Bob Evans even with the tip added on

We had a nice lie in and then headed into Epcot through the IG for a stroll around WS. Not sure why but we’ve never tried Nine Dragons before in all our trips so we decided to give it a go and have lunch out of the heat.
Lucky Buddha Beer & Tsingtao beer Pot stickers Vegetable spring rolls Moo Goo chicken Honey sesame chicken It was very good, both enjoyed our dishes, mine was the moo goo which was similar to oyster sauce with a touch of soy. Service was good too, and although it was a reasonably quick meal everything arrived in the right order with a short break between courses. It was a nice escape for a bit. Edited at 10:30 AM. |

Wow... although I never cook Sunday roast anymore - as it’s just two of us by the time I’ve gone to Tesco, bought a piece of meat and trimmings then have to cook it and clean up ... cheaper to go to local carver for 10 quid a head ...

It was our last night at the Beach Club Villa and I have a couple of $200 Swan Dolphin dining loyalty rewards to use so we decided to go see our friend Jesse at BlueZoo to use the first one.
Amsterdam Red Light Negroni Flaming Sangria Bread & fennel butter Scallops n Short Rib (again because it’s soooo good says the boss) Crab cake Filet mignon with Boursin potatoes and roasted onion sauce Cooked to a Perfect medium rare As above but Oscar style with asparagus, crab and hollandaise sauce. Jesse knew we were celebrating our Anniversary a few weeks ago and P’s Birthday tomorrow so worked her usual magic behind the scenes and treated us to Truffle selection Warm Raspberry Filled Beignet blackberry sorbet, vanilla "custard" Didn’t look like any beignet I’d seen before but it was really good All really delicious and service faultless from Jesse, as usual. The combination of TIW and the reward voucher brought the final total down very nicely. Edited at 10:09 PM. |

Blue Zoo looks fabulous as always. I really like the look of the filet with the boursin potatoes and onion sauce although it'd have to be well done for me.
The beignet also looks really good, something different! Hope you've got something special planned for tomorrow evening? |
