Good, IMO the 3D effect on these attractions are so poor!

However, yes, if it doesn't negatively affect guest satisfaction then it makes sense to save a bit of money. And if it does, then hopefully it'll reduce the queue down to a reasonable level - it always seems to have 45+ minute queues! BTW, I assume they are keeping and using the same projectors. So there's no benefit to be gained there.

Minion mayhem is now only in 2D. Seems like universal is dropping the 3D slowly. FandF is in 3d in the other parks but not orlando. Or maybe it's just a financial thing.

3D was good when it first came out years ago but it's rubbish now. They don't even make 3D TVs any more. I would rather have a clearer picture than 3D.

minion ride
ride just doesn't feel the same, wouldn't rush back to go on it now as found the picture quality poor
Usually this ride has long wait times yesterday and last week 30 mins Edited at 02:46 PM. |

I get my eyes fixed so that I can finally use 3d glasses properly and they start removing 3d from rides...
