I don't think it is much of a stretch to say that Marvel Land will be first on the agenda. Not saying they won't run some of the work on the other two concurrently, but the as you say a lot of the structure is already in place, they just need to actually do something with it. Plus, the Marvel hotel and RnR changes ought to be done before 2021 anyway, so it makes complete sense to get that land up and running first.

Happy to volunteer to press the button on the demolition of Armageddon. I'm not devastated to lose the Cars show or the Tram Tour, but I'm actively delighted that Armageddon will finally be gone.

I can't see too much closing without other things opening first as there isn't really enough in the park. They can built the lake, star wars and frozen lands without even closing the Tram Tour.

Marvel will need to be staggered. RnR retheme will come first and could well be followed by restaurant retheme and removal of stitch live and playhouse disney creating a marvel side. Knocking down and building on the Stunt Show land will take a lot longer. Guardians of the galaxy may not open until 2022 and this seems to be on that scale. Armageddon could well be towards the end unless they have a strange scatter gun approach to Marvel attractions opening.

They break ground next year with openings from 2020 to 2025. Once the Nala building is fully in use they can build on the cast member area behind the tram tour. Could find the lake opens with no lands. They will also have to close Studio 1 at some point of they plan to increase its entrance size.

The 2 Billion is for the resort according to the press release with WDS expansion being included in it. Further expansion on the main park would be in that time frame too.
