We go there in August. First time I've heard about the refurbs. A bigger QS would be great though!

Moogles great resort so don't worry. If you plan to go to the parks the buses are great even with kids as they drop you much closer to park entrances than you can park.

We absolutely loved this resort. The villas were beautiful and very spacious. Olivia's food was excellent and the main pool was really good. The only downside for us was the size of the resort, and taking longer on the bus to get off resort than it did to get to the parks!

We stayed in a corner studio and it was missing a window. Most studios have a window and a patio door but we just had a patio door due to the layout of the block. It made the room very dark. It was building 38 in the corner. |

Last time we were at OKW we stayed in building 29, I actually liked it and didn’t have a problem with noise.
The worse building we stayed in was 39, bonnet creek parkway is a very loud road and traffic noise was a real issue for us! Handy for the bus! If we missed it at peninsula rd it was a short walk to hospitality house to catch the same bus after it had looped round the resort. Edited at 12:14 PM. |

Yes it was a few years ago. But I don’t think the refurb will have changed the missing window (where the mirror is)

Got me worried now 😬 last time we were turtle pond and I think building 35 in a 1 bed - it was fab 😊.
We are staying agiain in a 1 bed but don’t arrive till about 8.30pm. What do we do if we get a noisy room - I need my sleep 😳. Last time we had a case of bed bugs my poor daughter was covered in bites, they had no other rooms so had to fumigate it (which was fine and solved the problem). But noise is a whole different issue, are you within your rights to ask to be moved (2 weeks is a long time) or would you just have to suck it up? Edited at 05:17 PM. |

Of course you can ask to move. You are a paying customer. If you aren’t happy let them know.
