Has anyone booked with TravelPlanners.co.uk?

They seem to have a good deal for next year, but I haven't heard of them before?
Total newbie here, so just trying to find a good deal!

We used to book with them years ago but found we actually like booking everything ourselves separately now

We used them for our August 2018 trip to WDW & Orlando.

They were very patient with us as we kept changing our minds re accommodation and car hire etc and were always available via email to chat things through. They got us an amazing deal on Portofino Bay at Universal which came out cheaper the Royal Pacific.

The only downside I felt there was, was that because it is a package they couldn't tell me the cost of each individual part. It was therefore difficult to compare if we could have got it cheaper booking separately but at the end of the day it was a price we were happy with.

Thinking about 2021 and will contact them again for a price to see how it compares with a DIY job.

We booked with them for Feb next year. They booked us and my SIL with her family at the same time but on separate bookings so we got 2 x $200. They also picked our seats for us on the plane all together. Was quick and easy!

Previously went with them in 2014 offsite in a villa. Only thing I wasn’t keen on was we didn’t know the exact villa we were staying in and the customs officer didn’t like the fact that my OH didn’t know the address and he was in a separate line to us - luckily our officer called him over to our stand!
