I'd still recommend it though, want to do the Studios tour sometime to understand what the hell they were thinking with some of it .
the Studios tour is fascinating - I liked it better than the main park tour .

Every tour is different - depends on the CM. We only got the parade spot because we had read about it and asked for it. We didn't get backstage access to a ride though.

the price changes with inflation etc, when I did it under-12s went free with a paying adult, and there was also a shareholders discount.

We always start off our trip with a Bavarian hot dog (minus currywurst sauce for me) at Au Chalet de la Marionnette. That is tradition for us now.

Food is a big part of our trips. We often have cocktails in the various Disney hotel bars. Cafe Fantasia (DL Hotel) is nice as is the Redwood bar in SL. We are going to try the bar at NPB this trip.

I enjoy looking at all the details in the parks, at the lamp posts, railings etc!

The Disneyland Railroad trip around the park and humming along to the Magnificent Seven theme.

I have done the Disneyland Park tour and would recommend it.

We also keep a look out for the secrets of the park, such as the Coca Cola drinks cooler by CoolPost.

Just eating in general haha, I always make a list of what I'd like to eat before I go, this usually involves corn dogs, a dole whip float (if I'm going to MK), dipping dots, trying out all the different drinks in the Coke freestyle fountain in universal and having several lovely meals at offsite restaurants
