We bought a load (from Amazon I think) to go in the gift tubes for our wedding. I like them but I am a big kid

We got the cubes in Sci Fi diner, and we also got the glowing seed pods in a Night Blossom drink in Pandora - still got both

I got one or two with cocktails- i think it has more to do with which drink you order rather than which restaurant- it did list it on the menu before ordering.

I think most places sell them. I've had one in the Rose & Crown, Coral Reef and GF Cafe.
