Ohana or Garden Grill

I took my DD to Ohana last year and wished we had picked GG instead. I didn't like the change from bacon to ham on the Ohana platter! Also we always find we get a lot more character interaction at GG.

They are both served family style which is platter on the table that are refillable.

The only character not out in the parks from either meal is Lilo. So you want to meet her pick Ohana. Stitch is in MK, Mickey and Pluto everywhere and Chip and Dale we saw out too.

If you're going to the water parks then you can meet both Lilo and Stitch (separately) at Typhoon Lagoon by the surfboard at the gift shop. There is a photopass photographer there too.

Having been to both for breakfast much prefer Garden Grill, no wait to be seated lovely food fantastic character interaction and then straight on to Soarin on the front row. Ohana on the other-hand while food was Ok we had to wait over 30mins to be seated and you had to queue again for the photo shoot with Stitch

We did GG lunch and Ohana breakfast. The Ohana breakfast is one of the few we aren't revisiting this year. Service was slow and the characters were rushed after a long wait to see them. Food was okay but not a meal I'd rush back to. GG lunch is our number one meal we want to repeat. Food great as were characters and service. You can meet Stitch in MK and we have had a much better interaction there than at breakfast.

We loved Garden Grill breakfast, the cinnamon bun was to die for, and the food in general was a very high standard, and we did Ohana for dinner, also loved it, my favourite lunch of all was yak and Yeti, in AK. (Honey chicken) mmmmmm
