She took a photo of the back of his hands to show he didn’t punch the door as there were no marks on his knuckles. Had he punched the door as suggested by the manager, his knuckles would have marks on them.

She’s only paid $75 in the end , her excess will likely be more and they probably wouldn’t pay out if it couldn’t be proved it was accidental .
