I had the same thing when I changed jobs they had me down on 3 employers the one I left in the August, also as I used to work for BHS many years before and I had decided when they sorted out the pension I took the lump sum which they paid the same time in August, and my new employer. I managed to sort it out over the phone with the tax office straight away told them I still had not received my P45 from my old job but had to asked why they had me as employee of a no longer trading business this was to do with the lump sum pension, he sorted it all out that day checked my tax code next day it was all correct and they had sorted out the refund to be paid back in my next wage the following week as I was working for agency.

Well I just managed to sign into my tax account online after not being able to before and it’s showing I have had a tax refund already if £600.
I knew I’d already had a bit back because they were taki g it out of my main wages and returning some for 3 months through my nhs wages (even though I wasn’t earning a wage there lol).

So now my total is £1,400 tax through my main job. Only earned £200 through the nhs job and don’t know if I paid tax on that.

Tax is all so complicated 😂😂😂
