Does anyone eat Sauerkraut
I have had a few tummy problems these past few weeks and i feel like i need a diet overhaul. I have been reading the benefits of Sauerkraut (sorry if the spelling is wrong)
Does anyone on the wonderful Dibb eat it, if so does it help and what is the best way to eat it. |

I like it.
We have it with salads or in sandwiches and sometimes with meat. It goes with lots of things

I once put it on DH’s hotdog in Caseys mistaking it for onions! He wasn’t happy!

I love Sauerkraut. Usually with pork. Been eating it since I was knee high to a grasshopper. My Oma's recipe was fry bacon pieces and grated raw potato before adding the sauerkraut. Yum!

I am thinking if nothing else it will inspire me to make different dishes, i can't wait to get home and try it, putting it through salad sound's fab because to be honest i find salad's really boring.
