Disabled cast members
I was quite impressed with the number of cast members I saw with visible disabilities in wdw.
2 or 3 in wheelchairs and one with no arm. One man in Disney springs was so lovely and even though he wasn’t as fast as the others, it didn’t bother me one bit. I can only applaud wdw for seeing past the disability. |

I follow a cast member with a support dog on Instagram, their account is magically Mozart. I believe the cast member has seizures which Mozart can detect ahead of time. She has to work quite hard to stop visitors from petting him, so she answers questions in his voice on Instagram in order to raise awareness of how to behave around service dogs.
