Photo Printing Help

Trying to sort out the holiday photos from last year, I have always used Truprint in the past, but over the last couple of days can't get my photos to download onto there site. Firstly it was in Microsoft edge so went to internet explorer instead but took 6 hours to download 72 photos, every photo was coming up with retry. Have tried Aldi but that's as bad. Any advice to what I am doing wrong it never use to take that long to upload. Thank you

I don’t know what’s happening with your uploads, but I do the 45 free prints a month with snapfish and they upload pretty much immediately on my iPad.
