Just had an email from Virgin saying their Magnolia Bend pool will be closed for refurbishment 3rd September 19 - 18 October 2019

Had the same email - rang up to see how much to swap over to French Quarter - �1800!

Both quiet pools? When they did Riverside they did one at a time.

Work was delayed on refurbishment due to high occupancy numbers but Magnolia Bend work was supposed to be starting at Parterre and working their way up to Arcadian.

I would think it was the quiet pool between Parterre and Oak leaving Arcadian/Magnolia Terrace one open.

Unless you are booked into a Royal Room then you could have been placed in either Magnolia Bend or Alligator Bayou. Have you put it in as a request on the booking with Virgin? Did you want Magnolia Bend specifically?
