Same happened to me. I ordered the castle one for myself, the Nightmare before Christmas for my husband and Stitch for our daughter. Looked today at MDE to see both my husbands and daughters band to be correct, but they allocated me a plain grey one! I rang them and explained the situation. He mumbled something about order already shipped to resort (We don't go until October) ... I explained I paid for three upgrades but yet I was allocated a plain grey one which I can pick for free! He said the Castle one is sold out, so I told him my order definitely showed I paid for three upgrades and the castle is one of them. I luckily had screenshot it... He has put a note on my account and said they will get back to me but can take a week as they are inundated with orders... I am sure they will sort it out before we go but right now not feeling best pleased.

I was left on hold for ages and then told that they would get back to me via email. I have a screen shot and confirmation email so hopefully they will change the order when the castle bands are back in stock.

I thought I had managed but only my daughters stitch one has gone through, guessing I am now stuck with a plain one , although I now can’t get onto the site to see 🙄 as long as I have kept the colour I picked as I don’t want grey 🤣

I ordered all 4 of mine, completed the transaction and the ££ have come off my card but I cannot log back in and see them ... spoke to WDW tech help and they have just said they will eventually appear once the order has been processed.

We have a second stay where I was just going to book regular MB but the colour options are massively reduced so going to wait

annoying ... but am sure Disney will sort it in the end!

I think a huge part of the issue is people who aren't going for ages logging on and causing extra strain. My trip isn't till next Aug so I'll wait until next year and then check what's available.

When they were first released and people were doing the work around (clicking US language) it will likely have been fine if people could have been patient.

Everyone needs to just relax, let the system work out its bugs and then get your order in before you go.

I tried to order ours the day after they were released and got an error message. Went back in the next day and they were gone. Looks like we’ll be having plain ones.

I could not see my bands yesterday but now if I select the “Magic bands and cards” option under My Disney Experience they are there. My 2019 themed bands are showing as they should, for my 2020 trip, there are just eight plain colours to pick from. I will leave that until much nearer the time.

Only payment for one went through I think mine must have gone out of stock whilst I was ordering also, When I looked yesterday there were only colours for our 2020 trip not that I was looking to sort them yet but did you notice a few other headings for themes for 2020 it had Pooh and friends and Disney juniors so looks like more choice may be coming x

I agree. I bet that they're also wishing they had done this earlier with the amount of revenue that this must have generated.
