The waterpark is a lot of fun! The food this year is a big improvement on last year! It was about 35 euros which I didn't think was bad!

There is a Carrefour there. Most malls seem to have a supermarket - there is even a Waitroses!

We went last year because we got cheap flights and it would be hot (end of April). We were so surprised how much we liked it! And culturally it is interesting. We would happily come back!

The water park looks super! I guess it makes sense to stay in one of the Jumeirah group hotels to get unlimited access looking at the cost element of it! Food looked great too, normally it's pretty ropey at a water park. Great day!

We were in the cheapest of the Jumeirah hotels - but worth it for the waterpark alone. The price difference for the club room is also worth it for the extras!

ah so because you are in a Jumeriah hotel you get free access - can i ask what other ones (lower price range) you recommend

I have only stayed in the Creekside one which we loved. It is a bit outside of the action but that is why it is cheaper. My advice is to look at the Jumeriah webside direct as there are often deals on there!
