Great Pics from today. Eek 1200 cal breakfast , sometimes you just don't need to know these things ! I can't be doing with queues either. The ESB killed us last year with all the waiting ... Really interesting to learn about the capital . And purchasing goats ;-) . lol, try declaring that on the way home !

The calories are the menus is so off putting! Yesterday at Dairy Queen the couple in front of us each order a large blizzard (about 750 calories) and then a milkshake (another 500!) - we seemed to be the only people who ordered the smallest size - and some of that was down to knowing how many calories there were!

The goat is bleeting a lot in the case

Your breakfast is my kind of breakfast. That fruit looks delicious.

I can see I'm going to have to read up on Canada - I had no idea that they do the Changing of the Guard there. It was very good timing for you to be in the right place at the right time.

I had always pooed pooed Ottawa beforehand - it has a reputation for being dull compared to it neighbours but I really really liked it! Not sure if it being the 150th anniversary give it some oomph but it is worth a visit!

It certainly was! Though funny to see the Guards far away from London!
