Newport bay club hotel questions
Hey
We are staying at newport bay hotel in DLP in March for 3 nights and just have a few questions... We have breakfast at the hotel included what's it like? What kind of things are on offer? Do they have an indoor swimming pool at this hotel? How long does it take to walk to the parks from here? If you have taken a baby what is the cot like? Thanks so much! 🥰🥰🥰 |

The breakfast was nice. They have cereal toast etc and juices and they also do hot breakfast too. The walk to the parks is around 10mins. It doesn't take long and the rooms are good size. We are going again in Dec. We have stayed in cheyenne and sequoia Lodge in previous visits too. I prefer Newport Bay. They do have an indoor pool. We didn't get to use it as it was closed when we stayed in 2016 as it was having a refurb.

We didn't do breakfast there on our last visit but we did visit the pool which is lovely but can get busy... mornings are quietest.
Make sure you take your hotel 'Easypass' for entry. They give you towels as you go in and there are lockers...I think they were the type that already have keys in but I'd take a Euro just in case! It's just a large pool though, no slides. There is a spectator area, a small toddler pool and jacuzzi but that's about it, although they did have a few floats, some pool noodles and a couple of balls to play with. The hotel is lovely and only a short walk to the parks. Randomly, we had one free hot drink per person per night which is loaded onto your room card and can be obtained from the vending machines by the ice machines, so find your nearest! Can't comment on cots although I think they're the travel cot-type ones. Enjoy!

We are staying there in a July. This video gives a good indication of the food available at breakfast:
It’s about 15-20mins to the parks from the hotel but there also free shuttle buses. There is an indoor pool. Can’t answer cot question as mine are long past that stage! |
