Renting DVC points - Resort parking?

Hi,
sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find the answer - if you rent dvc points from another Dibber, do you also get the free resort parking or does this only apply if you are actually the dvc member?

You should get free resort parking. That's what member services told me when I asked.

We got parking included last year.

100% you get parking, reason being the owner has already paid for parking lot maintenance, security etc via dues so they cannot legally charge an owner for any points usage.

It is. It doesn�t have to be (unlike the resort parking- see my post above) but Disney still chose to allow those staying on DVC to get free park parking.
