Special Assistance Indirect flight and Parks advice please

My father in law has Parkinsons his condition has deteriorated since we booked and we are now worried about the indirect flights we have booked and navigating the airport. We are flying with virgin Man-Atl-Orlando any advice would be great. Also at the parks he is going to have to hire a scooter to get around as he gets worse in busy environments. Which is the best company to go with? How does the queues work for the rides with regards to disabilities and will we all be able to queue together (3 adults and 1 child)?

So make sure you contact Virgin Special Assistance so they can sort out help within the airports. They will have a wheelchair for your father in law ready to go and can then direct you through to the next flight.

In terms of scooter my sister uses Walker Mobility who are really great.

With ride queues, if he has a scooter then there is no need for a DAS and you will all be able to queue and ride together. When you get to the queue area a CM will direct you if there is anything specific you need to do - on some rides you need to transfer to a manual wheelchair for example but they will show you where these are.
