Another Dreamliner question-how comfy are the seats?

I have read that they are a bit hard, especially for a long haul flight. What do you think? Would it be beneficial for me to take my car seat cushion?

Mrs O reckons they are comfy, I think they are uncomfortable. I’m 6’2, Mrs O much shorter!

We flew out last week on an American Airlines Dreamliner and they were very comfortable. I don't know if they vary per carrier.

We found them extremely comfortable and on the TUI flights better than Virgin PE seats anyday.

Flown TUI PE (not to Orlando) and Norwegian Economy, PE is of course very comfortable but even Economy seats are great and comfortable even with the fact I have broad shoulders and I'm 6ft I had no issues.

I found them quite comfy - don't recall getting a numb bum.

I flew on Air Canada in the B787 last week and the seats were comfortable.

I think though it may depend on the airline as there are usually different options. For example, Lufthansa seats tend to be quite uncomfortable regardless of whether it is a boeing or an airbus!

Me too, but I do have plenty of padding.
