CBR rooms

I booked through Virgin and originally had a CBR preferred room *on request*. Got our booking through this morning but we've been given a *Water View* room.

We'd really prefer a preferred (no pun intended) but Virgin only seem to have Water View. Would I be able to change it by going direct to Disney or will I just need to request a Preferred Water View closer to the time and hope for the best?

I booked last year with Virgin and got Barbados which I believe is preferred. I didn't put any request in though I believe that would be your best option.
