Loved it, I laughed and cried watching. I didn’t mind how many times the c word was used, it was part of the character.

We have watched the first four episodes and will be watching the last two tonight, we rarely watch a series that quickly but this has been so good we can’t stop watching it.

Although it’s very funny, it is very hard to watch sometimes and explains grief and depression extremely well. It has made me cry as often as it made me laugh. I love the video chats from his late wife, very moving. I also love the dog 😀.

I hate the use of the c word in anything, I refused to watch Game of Thrones as I hated how much it was used in that but I feel it is a word that RG’s character would use in the ‘real world’ so is relevant in this programme although I still cringe when I hear it and don’t find it funny at all. Apart from that though, it’s an excellent series and we don’t like RG usually either

I thought the writing was fabulous , loved it. I also quite liked the use of the c word in context but I am one of those people who is not offended by such a word

We loved it, I love Ricky especially as he is a staunch animal lover and insults the Trophy Hunters. Thought this series was good but not a patch on Derek, which we are going to watch again tonight. For me Derek is genius. xx
