We done MK open till close last year. We only had one day at MK and it was the first day of our holiday. We had the most wonderful day ever, but we're so tired on the drive home, we got lost.

It was dark, we had no maps, our phones were out of charge so no sat nav and had to ask locals for directions. We did eventually find our way back to Int Drive - after about an hour & a half, lol.

No need for us to do the same again this year, we have 21 day tickets and our first 5 nights are on site.

We always did open to close as kids and have as adults too. This year is first with my littlies and they just won't manage it so it's half days or thereabouts now

We did open close twice in 2011 and it destroyed a friendship...

We either go at rope drop in the morning till lunch

Or

Pm, early evenings till close

We never stay in the afternoon.. Way too hot andbusy

I have never done open to close in one park, but I think this year we were at one park for opening but moving to a second park for the evening until closing. I think moving parks gave us a bit of a second wind.
