you don't get a kettle in the room as standard in any French hotel really, but you can ask for one at reception.
Yes, some areas of the hotel might look like they need a little tlc now, the HNY is actually going to close for a complete refurb when its on the list (DLP are constantly refurbing one or other of their hotels). We were there in December last year, just before christmas, loved the hotel, it has a very chic feel to it in my opinion. The only issues in our room were one cracked bathroom tile, behind the bathroom door, and one lamp which didn't work. Breakfast is okay, its not in the same league as the one at the Disneyland Hotel, but the crisp streaky bacon and cubed potatoes are nice (I didn't like the scrambled egg very much, found it watery and tasteless, and the sausages are vile in my opinion). And theres loads of choice for continental breakfast. |
