Mobile Pulled Pork or Jamie’s Chilli?

We have DH parents and sister coming to visit tomorrow and we’re planning a bbq but the weather isn’t looking good unfortunately.

DH makes a nice chilli (Jamie Oliver recipe) or we could defrost a nice big shoulder of pork and make pulled pork. What would you fancy? Has pulled pork had its day? I don’t seem to see it around so much any more?

FWIW I would do potato wedges and coleslaw with the pork or tortilla chips & dips with the chilli (and rice)

Help me decide please 😀

I’d go with pulled pork but that’s because I love it 😍 I like what you are doing with it too.

Now l would go with the chilli, simply because l'm not really a fan of pork, but to be honest they both sound lovely and l am sure whatever you choose will be appreciated... not really any help there am I?

I'd go with the pulled pork only because it's something we wouldn't ordinary have very often, chilli we do, so the pork would be a nice change.

Plus I don't like tortilla chips as I think they taste like cardboard !

Im sure whatever you choose it will be lovely, someone else cooking always is!
