You can only use the voucher by phoning.

No, you can rebook when you want to. The voucher is emailed to you and is valid until April 2022 for use.

Sorry I can't help with the deposit/full balance aspect as my flights had been paid in full, therefore we received the full balance back (rebooked straight away and then the remainder in voucher). I would assume though that it would only be the deposit as that is all you have paid so far.

Heya, flying LHR to JFK first for a few days In NY then down to Orlando for 9 days, flying back from Orlando MCO. Hotels and flights (apart from the one internal) are booked though BA as a holiday package.
Flying out 17 October for just under a fortnight.
The message about the voucher only spoke about Disney. Basically saying Disney is not what it should be. Received that about 10 days ago

We have received a voucher for full amount for dlp booking and waiting for Oct fly/drive deposit and a little bit more voucher, I asked if I could combine them all and was told yes, so I am waiting for flights for Oct next year for road trip to West coast 😊

Can I ask has the voucher got any stipulations for booking has it to be flights or can it be hotel or car hire only ?
