Just to add to this thread we bought universal 3 day tickets from visit Orlando. I contacted them to say we couldn’t travel and they voided tickets and refunded us within 48 hours! Great service x

Orlando Attractions are very slow as issuing refunds. Lots of promises made to Dibbers but not many refunds appearing.

I’m slowly cancelling elements of our August holiday. I’d booked WDW tickets with Attraction Tickets - paying £100 deposit plus an additional £200. Called today, and they are refunding the £200 overpayment I’ve made, and have said with the deposit I can transfer it to another booking before the balance is due in July (or lose it). We’ve currently got New York booked for December - assuming that goes ahead we can use it for that trip. Was quite surprised, as I’d written off the £100.

I’m still waiting for my refund from OAT, I had to fight and fight to get the refund but a month later still nothing. Really not impressed at all.

Hi y'all - just so you understand the process, we have to get the money back from the parks before we can refund you. As I'm sure you can guess this is SLOW going with the sheer volume of refunds that have been requested. Plus the parks have had to furlough or lay off nearly all their employees, so they have a much smaller admin crew than usual to process the refund paperwork. All in all it's a bit of a log jam - our UK office are doing a great job being very fair with folks and getting through the hundreds of orders still in limbo. Please spare a thought for them at this difficult time. Thanks for your business and your patience.

Other than someone saying that they are receiving a refund from Orlando Attractions and that their communication has been good, this is only the second time that Orlando Attractions has been mentioned in this thread. So I'm not sure how you get the impression that Orlando Attractions are very slow and not delivering on their promises to Dibbers?
I assume you are not mixing up Orlando Attraction Tickets (OAT) with Orlando Attractions? The two are different companies.

I am not mixing up the two companies!
There is another thread running showing a list of companies on the first page where Dibbers have received refunds and where they haven’t. Orlando Attractions clearly stands out as a company who hasn’t issued refunds. I am absolutely clear that I am talking about Orlando Attractions and NOT Orlando Attraction Tickets. https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho... php?t=1167698 The OP asked for experiences good and bad and I am simply commenting on my experience and referencing others. It is now nearly 8 weeks since I requested my refund and while I appreciate this is a difficult time for many companies, refunds are being supplied by other third party ticket providers including the aforementioned OAT. I merely postulated the question that you might have mixed the two companies up. Thank you for confirming that wasn't the case. Many other people do unfortunately mix them up. For example...
Looking at the link you posted I noticed that in the first post there are many companies listed with links to people's experiences. I notice that "Orlando Attractions" is listed but not "Orlando Attraction Tickets" even though some people have mentioned them here in this thread. Which seems strange. One of the links under "Orlando Attractions" goes to a post entitled "Update from Orlandoattractiontickets" (here). Another link under the same heading goes to a post that says, "OAT - chased via email on 21/4 ..." (here). And there's another link to a post that lists "orlandoattractiontickets.co.uk" (here). There's another post that mentions a £10 admin fee that's probably talking about OAT and not OA as well, even though they say Orlando Attractions. Probably because they mixed up the two companies. So, although you have not have mixed up the two companies, other people clearly have - including whoever is updating that thread (JustLikeMe?). The link you posted seems to have mixed up both Orlando Attractions and Orlando Attraction Tickets.
