Virgin holidays and Disney tickets! ?

November off site for us. Only deposit paid and have heard nothing from Virgin Holidays

We have a holiday booked with Virgin for August 2021. We had only paid the deposit and heard you had to at least have paid the park ticket amount to receive the reference needed to link tickets.
We have paid this now and should receive the reference on the 28th June.

Yeah I thinks that’s the official line now, all paid up already so fingers crossed we hear soon.

I’ve finally had a text reply from virgin today... they have given me the will call reference number and I’ve linked up my tickets on MDE ...

I’m ready for Sunday 💪🏼

Can understand why this would be the case, but it would be nice if VH actually told us this if it is - their last email mentioned nothing about needing to do this, only that they’d be in touch with those whose balance isn’t due with our options re: tickets (and that those staying onsite, which I assume includes Dolphin, should just be able to go ahead and link anyway... ) Not everyone reads forums and would have no idea they need to proactively do this based on any of the official comms I’ve seen... I think I’m just gonna sit tight and see what happens, if it keeps going the way it’s going we won’t be able to fly come January anyway!

Wondering if we purchase the Disney tickets in advance and then their are future restrictions to prevent us from going, would we be refunded or ticket dates extended etc ?
