Magic band refund --- Automatic ?

I have cancelled four bookings with upgraded magic bands this year, none of the bands were refunded automatically. I am still waiting for two refunds.

I used the existing email confirming my order & within a few hours I had an email back confirming that a refund had been processed.

Thanks for sharing this, our refund for the resort booking came through about 2 weeks ago and is removed from MDE but no refund on the bands so will try emailing back the confirmation as suggest above.

Just to confirm once the my hotel booking was completely cancelled , i emailed back at shop@Disney and the refund was there in a couple of days

Hi I forgot about my two upgraded bands until last Monday rang the normal number and they put me through to shop Disney

The refund has gone on my card this morning so 4 days and I had a lovely chat with a lady from Florida whose grandfather was the first generation moving to America from Scotland

It is grandfathers golden wedding in a couple of years and they hope to do the med Disney cruise as a large family party

The biggest hitch apparently is the cheapest flights to Barcelona are $1500 each when they’ve been tracking prices for last year

Mine was refunded automatically after about two months.
