We’ve got direct flights booked from Manchester for October, January and March. All still showing as valid with seat bookings etc.

It’s frustrating about the direct flights. Yesterday morning they were available from Heathrow for the dates we wanted so messaged on the WhatsApp to have our existing booking changed and was told they’re all sold out.
Something strange is going on as I can go on Virgin Holidays and book it as a fly drive 🤔

Weird.. I have direct flights from Manchester booked in April and I checked the price of two more people yesterday and it came up. Now non of them are there.
No cancellation and my tickets are still showing as booked. What's going on? Doesn't appear to be a simple glitch. Edited at 07:13 AM. Reason: Edit: Flights from Manchester |

Hopefully with this rescue package they will open up flights for people now they have some certancy in the companies future.

I have direct flight from Manchester to New York and back from Orlando booked in May and it's still showing in my Virgin app
Edited to add if I try book them as a new booking the flights have gone and are now indirect

yeah seems strange, i think there maybe a glitch in the system.
yesterday i could choose around 80/90 different seats with upgrades in to PE/upper. today its showing no availabitly. this was for Wednesday 28th april. i have a feeling they are doing some updates so its threw the systems out.

It's not just out of Manchester it's the same from LHR into MCO.
Hopefully it is a glitch but at the moment it doesn't look like any direct flights into MCO. Thinking about it, it looks like it's to do with current restrictions on airports that we can fly into from the UK. |
