My flight out on 29 Sep cancelled, it was direct man to mco, and the return on 7 Oct. email came through this afternoon.

we are exactly the same as you. Should have gone in may. Rebooked for 28/8/20 for three weeks and had the email to say the return flight 19/9/20 MCO - LHR (was Gatwick) is cancelled

Someone posted on Facebook that Orlando airport have posted no Virgin flights till 6th October, just hoping ours gets cancelled for the 20th October x

Got email cancelling my flight too LHR to MCO 1st Oct
No mention of refund just automatically open ticket and to fill in form for new dates from a link
I’ve text messaged them asking for refund and got auto reply’s saying they will be in touch

Can someone tell me what we are meant to do at this point then as only the return leg of the flight has been cancelled so are we meant to wait for the outbound one to be cancelled as well before we refund / rebook ? !?

Only my outbound was cancelled, phoned up and getting a refund for it all I think it's some EU law .. someone else will know the details haha!

Just to confirm I phoned for a refund - took 40 mins to get through. I'm very patient and don't mind being on hold haha.
