As above. If you log into your BA executive club account (or sign up for it first) then do a test customise your trip and call the ba exec club holiday booking line it's often a much quicker wait time rather than non ba-exec club helpline.

Thanks! I think i will have to give them a phone when the dates are released as that earlier flight never appears...

I have read in other posts baggage should go through even if I take the afternoon flight down - its pretty much as long as its not over 23 hours between the domestic and international.

Superb tip! I have the executive club so I will do that!

Fingers crossed October stays cheap like July-Sept is currently!
